1. Return Window & Eligibility

Customers have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to process refund or exchange requests.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must remain in their original, untouched condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage will not qualify for return.
  • Returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to shipping.

2. Processing Your Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out through our customer portal or email hello@pelvispressly.com to obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).

Fees & Charges:
  • Restocking Fee: A charge of $5–$10 per item applies to all processed returns.
  • Condition Deduction: Products returned in non-original condition will incur an additional 20% deduction from the refund amount.
  • Cancellations: A $15 processing fee applies to all cancellation requests made after an order is placed.

3. Return Restrictions (Made-to-Order)

Due to our made-to-order manufacturing process, we generally do not accept returns for "purchase regret" or change of preference. However, we do accommodate mind-changes within 30 days provided items remain unused and unopened, subject to the handling fees mentioned above.

The following items do not qualify for returns:

  • Items showing evidence of use, modification, or alteration.
  • Items missing original packaging materials.
  • Clearance or promotional items.
  • Returns attempted without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Responsibilities

Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Location: Most returns are processed through our European facility in Munich, Germany.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Return shipping costs are only covered by Pelvis Pressly if the product arrives damaged or defective and is reported within 30 days.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges. These will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Tracking: For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

5. Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within standard banking timeframes.
  • Account Credits: You may opt for account credit matching your purchase amount (minus fees). These are non-transferable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are exclusively available for defective or damaged merchandise for the same item.
  • Gifts: Items shipped as gifts will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

6. Delivery Issues

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability/incorrect addresses will incur non-refundable carrier fees plus a processing charge of $10–$35 depending on package size.

7. Premium Protection Plan

If you purchased our LIFETIME PROTECTION plan at checkout, you are entitled to product replacement for manufacturing defects. This plan exclusively covers factory defects and does not extend to user damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To claim, provide visual documentation to our support team.
