- Fulfillment Time: Standard fulfillment requires 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or for popular items, processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched with tracking within 4-5 business days.
- Separate Shipments: Orders containing multiple products may ship from different distribution centers, resulting in items arriving on different dates.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Following shipment, delivery typically occurs within the following windows:
- Standard Delivery: 7–21 business days.
- Extended Window: Due to global logistics circumstances, some regions may experience delivery periods of 3–4 weeks.
These timeframes represent estimates only. While we strive to meet these projections, Pelvis Pressly cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures, weather events, or postal service strikes.
3. International Fees & Customs
Cross-border shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and customs processing charges upon arrival in the destination country.
The recipient bears full responsibility for all customs fees. If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, the customer remains liable for the original shipping costs, any import taxes incurred, and the cost of returning the package to our facility.
4. Package Security & Liability
Pelvis Pressly is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- Confirmed Delivery: If tracking information confirms that a package was delivered to your specified address but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Reporting Damage: Our review process for damage claims relies on carrier tracking timestamps. Claims must be reported immediately to the carrier and our support team.
5. Order Processing & Security
Billing occurs upon order placement. To protect our customers, all transactions undergo a verification process. Orders flagged by our security system for potential fraud may experience delays or cancellation. We only charge for items that are successfully processed and prepared for shipment.
